We had a roof leak with internal damage into our living room and when I called I was really worried. Rob answered personally and made us his next stop. He looked at everything inside and up on our roof and took his time to explain everything he saw. The very next day he had his crew at my home to start work which ended up preventing a lot of mold and damage. They secured everything, removed anything that couldn't be saved and dried up the area using equipment that ran for 3 days to ensure nothing was missed. Once we found a roofer to assess the damage we were told that Rob and his team did an excellent job. We were so relieved. In our case we needed a whole new roof as it turns out, so not also having mold and other problems on top if that was a relief. We also have very young children in our home and preventing mold or breathing problems was a priority. I highly recommend Rob and his team, they are timely and truly care!
I was remodeling my master bed but kept smelling like mildew or mold but I couldn't because the remodel because I was concerned of potential health hazards. I called 1800waterdamage and Robert came out and told he believed that something was going on in the bathroom behind the shower! Mind you there was no water damage or evidence that you could see but I listened and tore out the shower and the wall and sure enough mold and mildew behind the wall. Thank the Lord I didn't continue to remodel without 1800waterdamge and Robert saved me thousands of dollars of back work and frustrations! I will be using them again!!
I can’t say enough good things about Robert from 1-800 Water Damage. During a recent demo project, I pulled off some baseboards and found soft spots that completely terrified me. After already spending so much on renovations, I was convinced I was about to face major repair costs. Robert came out the very next morning—even though I had called late the afternoon before—and took the time to carefully inspect everything. What impressed me most was his honesty. He explained that what I was seeing was old damage and reassured me that there was nothing serious to worry about. That kind of integrity is rare. Professional, responsive, and genuinely trustworthy—Robert at 1-800 Water Damage gave me peace of mind when I needed it most. Highly recommend!
Great service and quick communication by Robert, great guy came on New Year’s Eve to check on few mold issues I have. Explained in detail the issues and will address them ASAP. My 1st call from now on. Good job and Happy New year to you and family. Thank you, Melsi
Robbie came out quickly after we contacted him regarding a leak we noticed in our house. He was able to locate where it was coming from and tell us what we needed to do from there. He was extremely kind and helpful! And it was free!! I highly recommend this company!
