I strongly recommend staying away from this moving company. What should have been a straightforward moving experience turned into a frustrating and stressful ordeal. From unexpected extra charges to the company missing the scheduled delivery (2 days late) and pickup (3 days late and counting) of the moving container, the entire process was poorly handled. Even worse, there was little to no communication, and when problems occurred, there was no accountability or urgency to resolve them. Calls to customer service had a different story every time I called to get updates. A moving company should be reliable, communicate with its customers, and honor the schedules and commitments it agrees to. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company. The lack of communication and accountability was unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone and strongly suggest doing your research and choosing another provider. Save yourself the headache, stress, and additional expense, stay away from this company.

I had a great experience with Pack Rat getting me to Colorado Springs. Ben was wonderful when he dropped off my container. It just arrived here, again a great driver who went above and beyond to put it in the right spot. Thank you.

Fernando was a great professional – excellent communication, great driving skills, and a solid work ethic. Our home was a new construction site, and there were cars and trucks everywhere.
